Hoverboard

Remember in the movie "Back to the Future" when Marty McFly used a cool skateboard that floated in the air without wheels? That's called a "hoverboard".

A hoverboard is a little like a skateboard, but it uses small wheels and an electric motor to move. You stand on a flat board with your feet and control the movement by shifting your weight.

But here's the cool part - some hoverboards are able to hover above the ground, just like in the movie! But actually, it does not really "hover" like in the movie. It uses something called "magnetic levitation" or "maglev" technology, which means that the board is suspended above the ground by magnets.

When you want to move, you just lean forwards or backwards to control the direction, and the board will follow your movements. And because it has no wheels, it can move in any direction, even sideways.

Hoverboards can be a lot of fun to ride, but it's important to make sure you wear protective gear like a helmet and pads, and always follow safety guidelines.
