Humba

Humba is a yummy and savory dish that comes from the Philippines. It's kinda like a stew or a soup, but thicker and more flavorful.

To make humba, you start with some chunks of pork belly (that's the yummy and fatty part of a pig). You add some soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and some spices and let it cook slowly until the meat is very tender and the sauce is thick and rich.

Sometimes people add other ingredients like pineapple, banana blossoms, or hard-boiled eggs. They also usually serve it over some hot steamed rice to soak up all the yummy sauce.

Humba is a super tasty and hearty meal that's perfect for a chilly day or when you're craving some bold and satisfying flavors.
