Hybrid electric truck

Imagine a really big truck, but instead of just using gas like a normal truck, it has a special system that can also use electricity to power the truck. This kind of truck is called a “hybrid electric truck”.

So, when the truck needs to move, it can either use gas like a normal truck or it can use electricity. How does it work? There are special batteries inside the truck that store the electricity needed to move the truck. When the driver needs to go faster, the gas engine starts up and helps the truck go faster.

The really cool thing about this is that when the truck is driving slowly or stopped, like in a traffic jam, it doesn’t need to use gas at all. Instead, it can use just the electricity from the battery. This is good for the environment because it means the truck isn’t putting out as much pollution into the air.

Overall, the hybrid electric truck is a very smart kind of truck because it can use both gas and electricity, depending on what the driver needs at the time. This makes it a good option for people who need to move big things like furniture or supplies, while also trying to keep the environment as safe and clean as possible.
