Hypervitaminosis

Okay kiddo, let's talk about hypervitaminosis. So, you know that we need vitamins to help our body stay healthy, right? Well, when we eat too much of one vitamin, it can actually make us sick. That's what hypervitaminosis means – taking too much of a vitamin.

Let's take the example of vitamin A. It helps us see better, keeps our skin healthy, and helps us grow. But if we eat too much vitamin A, it can cause our skin to peel, make us feel tired, and even damage our bones.

The same can happen with other vitamins like vitamin D or vitamin E. That's why it's important to balance our diet and not take too many vitamin supplements without first talking to a doctor.

So, remember, vitamins are good for us, but too much of a good thing can make us sick.
