Sometimes, adults try to take a lot of vitamins in the hopes that it will make them even healthier. But too much of some vitamins can be dangerous for your body.

It's like eating too much cake. Cake is yummy, but if you eat too much of it, your stomach will hurt!

So, it's important to talk to a doctor or a healthcare provider before taking any extra vitamins. They can tell you if you really need them, and how much of each vitamin is safe for you to take.

Remember, you don't need to take lots of vitamins to be healthy. Eating a balanced and varied diet with lots of fruits and vegetables is the best way to make sure you get all of the vitamins and nutrients your body needs!
