Vitamin C megadosage

Vitamin C is a vitamin that helps keep our body healthy. We can find it in oranges, strawberries, and other fruits and vegetables. Sometimes, people take extra vitamin C to make sure they have enough of it in their body. This is called a vitamin C megadosage.

But you have to be careful! Taking too much vitamin C can be bad for you. It can make you feel sick to your stomach or give you cramps. So it's best to only take what your doctor recommends. Your body knows how much vitamin C it needs to stay healthy, and sometimes it's just best to stick with the natural sources of vitamin C like fruits and veggies.
