Hypohidrosis is a big word that means not sweating enough. Our bodies sweat to stay cool when it's hot outside or when we're exercising. Sweat comes out of little holes in our skin called pores. But sometimes, some people don't sweat as much as they should. This can be because they were born that way or because of a medical condition or medicine they take. When someone has hypohidrosis, their body might get too hot and they might feel uncomfortable, dizzy or even sick. It's important to talk to a doctor if you think you or someone you know might have this.
