Hypoxic hypoxia

Hypoxic hypoxia is a big phrase that means your body isn't getting enough oxygen. Think of oxygen as special air that helps you breathe and stay healthy. When you don't get enough oxygen, you might feel tired, dizzy or have trouble breathing.

This can happen for many different reasons. Maybe you're high up in the mountains where the air is thin or you're in a place where there isn't enough oxygen in the air. Sometimes, your body might not be able to get enough oxygen because of a health problem.

Whatever the reason, it's important to make sure your body gets enough oxygen so it can keep you healthy and happy. Doctors and other experts can help you figure out how to get more oxygen if you need it.
