ISO 3166-1 alpha-2

Iso 3166-1 alpha-2 is a two letter code that tells us which country something belongs to. For example, the two letter code "US" stands for the United States and the two letter code "CA" stands for Canada. This two letter code is used in many places such as passports and credit cards.
