Ilkhanate

Okay kiddo, did you know that back in very old times, there were different groups of people who ruled different parts of the world? One of those groups was called the Ilkhanate.

The Ilkhanate was a big empire that existed in the Middle East and Asia many, many years ago. The people who lived there followed a religion called Islam and spoke many different languages, like Persian and Turkish.

The Ilkhanate was like a big family that had a King, and other people in charge of different parts of the group. They had soldiers to protect them and cities where they lived. They also traded things like silk and spices with other groups of people.

Sometimes they made friends with other groups and sometimes they fought with them. It was a very different time back then and things were not always peaceful.

Eventually, the Ilkhanate lost its power and the group scattered. But we still remember them and their important place in history.
