Incontrovertible evidence

Incontrovertible evidence is something that cannot be argued against or challenged. It is information that is 100% reliable. For example, if you had a video of someone stealing from a store, that would be incontrovertible evidence that the person did it. Nobody could argue against it and there is no chance that the person didn't do it.
