Indulgence

Indulgence is when you do something that you really enjoy, even if it isn't the best thing for you. For example, if you really love ice cream and eat a lot of it even though it isn't healthy, that's an indulgence. You can indulge in things like eating unhealthy food, watching a lot of TV, or playing video games for a long time.
