Interim management

Interim management is when someone is hired to handle a task on a temporary basis. It's like getting a babysitter when your normal babysitter can't make it. Interim management can be used in a lot of different situations, including a business that needs an expert to help them with a project, a government agency in need of help with a particular issue, or a school that needs someone to help out with a project for a few months. Interim management can also be used when a company needs someone to temporarily lead the organization while they search for a new leader. In all of these situations, an interim manager can provide valuable help in a short amount of time.
