Intermediate axis theorem

Intermediate Axis Theorem is a math concept that explains how spherical shapes move. It says that if a round object, like a ball, is moving, it can rotate around different points on its surface. For example, if a ball is rolling along the ground, the different parts of it are rotating around the middle point of the ball. That middle point is called the intermediate axis.
