Interrupt handler

An interrupt handler is like a referee for your computer. When the computer is doing something tricky and difficult, it will sometimes get stuck and not know what to do. An interrupt handler helps out by popping up and saying, "Hey, I can help out here". When the interrupt handler comes up, it takes over for the computer and helps it finish whatever task it was doing.
