Irrationality

Irrationality is when someone does things that are not smart, or that do not make sense. It's like when you act without thinking and make bad choices. For example, you could buy something that you don't need, even though it will cost you lots of money, just because a friend told you it was a good idea. That would be an example of irrationality because it's not a smart decision.
