Israel–Gaza barrier

The Israel–Gaza barrier is a big wall built by the Israeli government between the country of Israel and the Gaza Strip. The wall is made up of big pieces of concrete and metal, stretching over 40 miles long. The reason why the Israeli government built the wall is to keep people from the Gaza Strip from entering Israel. The wall was built to protect Israeli citizens from people trying to come into the country without permission.
