Judges 19

Okay, so there was a man who went to a foreign city with his wife and servant. They were traveling and decided to stop in a town called Gibeah, which was a city that belonged to one of the tribes of Israel.

But when they got there, the people in the city were not very nice. They didn't want to help the travelers and instead they wanted to hurt them. The man and his group managed to find a kind person who offered them a place to stay for the night.

However, that night some bad people from the city came to the kind person's house and demanded to have the man that was staying with them. They wanted to do bad things to him.

The kind person tried to protect the man, but eventually gave in and gave them the man's concubine instead. The bad people did terrible things to the woman all night long, and in the morning she died from her injuries.

The man was very upset and took his concubine's body back to his home. He cut her body into pieces and sent parts of her to each of the tribes of Israel as a way of showing how bad things were happening in the city of Gibeah.

All the tribes of Israel were upset and they went to war against the people of Gibeah. In the end, the Israelites won the battle and the people of Gibeah were punished for what they had done.
