Just-in-time manufacturing

Just-in-Time manufacturing (or JIT for short) is an efficient way to make things. It means that instead of buying materials in bulk and storing them for a long time, a factory only buys what it needs and only when it needs it. This helps keep costs down and helps the factory use its space and resources more wisely. It also means that the factory can get things to customers faster, because it doesn't need to wait for a shipment of material to arrive. JIT manufacturing helps companies be more efficient, save money, and get products to customers faster!
