Kabaddi

Kabaddi is a sport that many people in India and other countries enjoy playing. In kabaddi, two teams of seven people each compete against each other in a big rectangle called a court.

The aim of the game is for one person from the attacking team (called a raider) to run into the other team's area and try to touch as many defenders as possible while saying the word "kabaddi" repeatedly, without taking a breath. The raider is not allowed to stop or go back to their own team's area, and must keep saying "kabaddi" the whole time they are touching defenders.

If the raider successfully touches a defender and gets back to the attacking team's area without being caught by the defenders, their team gets one point. But if the defenders manage to grab and stop the raider before they can touch anyone or get back to their own team's area, the defenders get a point.

The game can get exciting because the defenders can only hold the raider for a limited amount of time before they have to let them go. The raider needs to be quick and agile to dodge the defenders and touch as many of them as possible before getting caught or running out of breath.

Overall, kabaddi is a fun and challenging game that requires quick thinking, speed, and teamwork.
