Kangra painting

Hello there, little one! Today we're going to learn about kangra painting. It's a kind of traditional painting that comes from a place called Kangra in India.

Imagine you have a blank piece of paper and you want to draw something on it. Now, kangra artists do the same thing, but they use brushes and colors made from natural materials like flowers, leaves, and minerals.

They paint beautiful pictures of gods and goddesses, animals, people, and nature. A lot of these paintings also have intricate designs and patterns.

The colors they use are vibrant and bright, like the colors you see in a cartoon. Sometimes, they also use gold and silver, which make the paintings shine and sparkle.

Kangra paintings have been around for a very, very long time - even before your grandparents were born. And people still love them today! In fact, they're considered a very important part of Indian culture.

So, there you go - that's kangra painting in a nutshell! It's really quite magical, isn't it?
