ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Kibbeh

Kibbeh is a yummy Middle Eastern dish that usually consists of ground meat (like beef or lamb), mixed with onions, spices and bulgur wheat. Bulgur is a kind of grain that is very healthy and gives the dish a crunchy texture.

The mixture is then shaped into little balls or sometimes formed into larger patties, and then either fried or baked. Some people also add pine nuts, raisins or other fun ingredients to their Kibbeh for an extra delicious flavor!

So, imagine you're making a type of meatball, but instead of breadcrumbs, you're using a special kind of grain. This grain makes the meatball taste really yummy and crunchy. Then you can add extra fun things like nuts or raisins to make it even more special. Yum!
