Kijong-dong is a small village located in North Korea near the border with South Korea. It's also known as the "Propaganda Village" because it's full of giant buildings and monuments that are meant to show how great North Korea is.
But the village is actually not real! It was built by the North Korean government as a way to trick people in South Korea into thinking that the North is doing really well.
The buildings in Kijong-dong are mostly empty and there aren't many people living there. Sometimes they'll put up big speakers to play propaganda messages that can be heard across the border.
The South Korean government has a big loudspeaker too, and sometimes they'll play music or news programs to try and counteract the North's messages.
So even though Kijong-dong might look impressive from a distance, it's actually just a fake village used for propaganda purposes.
