Kitchen rudder

Okay, buddy, imagine you are sailing on a big boat, and there is a small flap or plate at the back of the boat called a rudder. This rudder helps the captain control where the boat is going.

Now, let's come to the kitchen. A lot of cooking involves a lot of mixing, stirring, and flipping of food in the pan or pot. Sometimes, it can be tough to keep the food from sticking to the bottom or sides of the pan, and it can also be difficult to make sure all the food is mixed together well.

That's where the kitchen rudder comes in! The kitchen rudder is a tool that you use to mix your food while it's cooking. It looks like a small paddle or spatula with lots of holes in it. You hold on to the handle of the rudder and move it around in your pan or pot to make sure that all the food is stirring and mixing together.

The holes in the rudder help to distribute heat and make sure all the food is cooking uniformly. So, just like how the rudder in a boat helps the captain navigate, the kitchen rudder helps the chef get the perfect mix of all the ingredients in their dish.
