Kufic

Kufic is a special way of writing letters and words that looks different from regular writing. It's like a secret code that people in the old days used to write important things.

It's called Kufic because it was first used in a city called Kufa, which was a long time ago in a place called Mesopotamia. People who wrote in Kufic used straight lines and sharp angles to make their letters look very different from our regular letters. They also left out some parts of the letters that we usually include today.

People liked using Kufic because it looked very fancy and important. Today, you might see Kufic used in fancy decorations or art pieces, but it's not used for regular writing.
