ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

LC circuit

An LC circuit is a type of circuit that uses two pieces of electronic equipment, called "inductors" and "capacitors". Inductors are like squiggly wires that allow electricity to flow in one direction and store energy, while capacitors are like little boxes that can store electrical charge. When the two parts are connected together, the circuit is like a loop and the electricity "bounces back and forth" between the inductor and the capacitor, creating an electric field that makes the circuit vibrate!
