La Follette–Bulwinkle Act

The La Follette-Bulwinkle Act was a law that was made a long time ago in the USA to help protect people who say and write things that might be unpopular or that the government might not agree with. The law says that the government can't punish these people just for expressing their ideas or opinions. It's like if you drew a picture of a monster and your friend didn't like it and told you it was bad, but you wouldn't get in trouble for drawing it. The La Follette-Bulwinkle Act helps keep people safe so they can speak their minds and share their thoughts without worrying about getting in trouble.
