Lagrangian system

A Lagrangian System is like a set of instructions for a problem. You give it some instructions about what you want to do, and it solves the problem for you. It's like getting someone to do all the hard work for you! In Maths, it's a way to solve complicated equations which would be too difficult to solve by hand.
