ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Landscape connectivity

Landscape connectivity is when different parts of the landscape are connected to each other. This can be like roads that link one part of a city to another, or trails that connect one section of a forest to another. Connections like these make it easier for plants and animals to move from one part of the landscape to another, and also for people to get around. So, if you imagine a big city, you can think of roads connecting different parts of the city together to make it easier for people to get around. The same idea applies to different parts of a natural landscape too!
