Language council

Hey kiddo! Have you ever been confused about how to spell a word or how to speak a sentence in your language? Well, some grown-ups who are really good at languages formed a group called the Language Council to help people with exactly that!

The Language Council is like a special team of experts who work together to make sure everyone gets the words and grammar right. They write rules on how to use the language properly, so that people can speak and write in a way that everyone can understand.

For example, let's say you are writing a letter but you don't know whether to use "their" or "there". The Language Council would give a rule about when to use each of those words. It would make it a lot easier for you to know the right word to use in the right place.

The Language Council also helps to keep the language consistent across different places and different people. That means if you visit another country where they speak the same language as you, it will still sound the same and be easy to understand.

So, in summary, the Language Council is a group of language experts who make rules about how to speak and write properly, and they help keep the language consistent for everyone to understand. Pretty cool, huh?
