Leeb Rebound Hardness Test

The LeeB rebound hardness test is a way of testing how hard a surface is. It measures how fast something bounces back after you drop a small hammer onto it. The harder the surface, the faster it will bounce back. To take the test, you use a special hammer (called a durometer) and measure how high it bounces back up after it has been dropped onto a surface. The higher the number, the harder the material.
