Legcuffs

Legcuffs are used by police officers to keep people from running away. They go around a person's ankles and have a chain in between them so it's hard for the person to take big steps. It's like a lock that keeps your legs together so you can't walk far. If someone does something against the law, the police might put legcuffs on them to make sure they don't try to escape.
