Life review

Life Review is when you look back on your life and remember the things you did, the people you met, and the experiences you had. It helps you to reflect on the things that you are grateful for and to also remember things that you may want to change for the future. It's a way of looking back on your life in order to make sure that you are living it to the best of your ability.
