Light meter

Okay kiddo, a light meter is a special tool that helps us measure how bright or dark an area is. Kind of like how you can use your eyes to tell if a room is bright or dark, a light meter helps us measure it more accurately.

The light meter works by measuring how much light is coming into it. It has a little sensor inside that can detect different levels of brightness. It then tells us if the area is too bright, too dark, or just right.

People who take pictures use light meters to make sure their pictures come out just the way they want them to. If it's too dark or too bright, the picture might not look good. So they use the light meter to figure out the best settings for their camera.

In fact, there are even light meters that can attach to your phone! This way, you can measure the light in a room and see if it's a good place for pictures or videos.

So there you have it, a light meter helps us measure how bright or dark an area is and it's really useful for people who take pictures or videos.
