Limiting parallel

Okay, imagine you have many toys you want to play with at the same time, such as a car, a ball, and a puzzle. You can try playing with all of them at once, but then you might get overwhelmed and confused, and not enjoy any of the toys.

That's kind of like when a computer tries to do too many things at the same time. It may slow down or freeze because it's using too much energy and attention to handle everything.

So, the computer can set a limit on how many things it does at once, like saying "I can only play with one toy at a time". This is called limiting parallel. By doing this, the computer can focus better on each task, and finish them more efficiently without getting overwhelmed or confused.
