Logic level

Logic level is a way of measuring electricity. The higher the logic level, the more electricity is being used. Think of it like a water tap in the sink - if the tap is turned up all the way, lots of water is coming out, but if it is turned just a tiny bit, not much water comes out. Logic level is like measuring how much the tap is open.
