Lunar outpost (NASA)

A lunar outpost is a permanent structure built on the moon by NASA, the U.S. space agency. It is like a home away from home for astronauts. The outpost will be made up of several different buildings and spaces, such as laboratories, living quarters, an airlock and more. Astronauts will be able to stay in the outpost for extended periods of time, while they explore and research the moon. The outpost will also help us better understand the moon and help us prepare for our future human exploration of the solar system.
