ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Macedonian language

Macedonian language is a way of talking that people in a country called Macedonia use. It's like how people in some countries speak English or Spanish, but in Macedonia they have their own special way of talking.

Macedonian letters look different than the ones in English. So, if you saw the word "hello" written in Macedonian, it would look like this: здраво. Cool, huh?

Just like in English, there are certain rules to follow when making words in Macedonian. For example, you need to know how to make proper "word endings" for things like plurals (when there's more than one of something) or for when something belongs to someone else.

If you learn Macedonian, you could talk to people who live in Macedonia and maybe even understand their culture better. And that's the fun thing about language, it's all about connecting with people who might be different than you, but who you can still learn something from!
