ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Magdalenian

Magdalenian is a big weird word that people use to talk about a time long long ago when humans were living in caves and making all sorts of cool things. It was a time thousands and thousands of years ago, even before your great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandparents were born!

During this time, people were really really clever and they knew how to make tools and weapons out of things they found in nature, like rocks, sticks, and bones. They also made beautiful art on the walls of the caves where they lived, using all sorts of colors and shapes.

The people who lived during the Magdalenian period were really important because they were some of the very first humans to start living in big communities and working together to survive. They also had a deep connection to nature and the animals around them, and sometimes they would even draw pictures of them on the walls of their caves.

Overall, Magdalenian was a really cool time in history when humans were learning and growing and making all sorts of awesome things. Thanks for asking about it!
