ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Masters cycling

Masters cycling is when grown-ups ride bikes really well and compete against other grown-ups who also ride bikes really well.

Just like how there are different age groups in school, there are different age groups in masters cycling, from 30-year-olds to over 70-year-olds.

Masters cyclists usually train a lot to get better at riding their bikes, and they wear special clothes called cycling kits that help them be more comfortable while riding.

When they compete, they race against others in their age group and try to go faster than everyone else to win a prize or medal. It's kind of like a big race and whoever crosses the finish line first, wins.

Masters cycling is a fun and healthy way for grown-ups to stay active and competitive while enjoying the outdoors and riding their bikes with friends.
