Matrioshka brain

A Matrioshka Brain is a type of space station made by humans in a distant location of our universe with an endless supply of energy. It is designed to provide an extremely powerful computer, able to be used for many purposes. In order to get the energy needed to power the computer, the Matrioshka Brain collects energy from the stars around it and stores it within its layers. The layers look like a matryoshka doll: the inner layers contain the computer and the outer layers provide shielding and protection. All of these layers are constantly collecting energy and sending it to the computer in the center. Finally, the Matrioshka Brain can use this energy to do amazing things like explore the universe, search for distant beings or even solve impossible problems.
