McCastle v. Rollins Environmental Services

McCastle v. Rollins Environmental Services is a court case where one person, McCastle, accused Rollins Environmental Services of doing something wrong. Rollins Environmental Services is a company that cleans up things like hazardous waste.

McCastle thought that Rollins Environmental Services didn't do their job properly and that it caused him harm. The harm that McCastle experienced was that he got sick with a disease called mercury poisoning.

To figure out if Rollins Environmental Services actually did something wrong, both sides had to go to court. In court, each side told the judge or the jury what they thought happened.

After hearing all the information presented, the judge or jury had to make a decision about who was right and who was wrong. If the judge or jury decided that Rollins Environmental Services did something wrong and caused McCastle harm, then they would have to pay McCastle a certain amount of money to make up for the harm.
