Meat extract

Okay so imagine you have a yummy steak, right? When you cook the steak, some juices come out of it that taste really good. Meat extract is like those juices but taken out of a lot of different kinds of meat and turned into a kind of sauce or powder you can use to add extra flavor to foods. It's like a super concentrated version of the yummy taste in meat! You can add it to soups, sauces, and stews to make them taste better. But it's important to remember that meat extract is still made from real meat, so if you're a vegetarian or vegan, you might not want to use it.
