Median slope

Median slope is a way to measure the average steepness of a sloped surface like a hill. To find the median slope of a hill, you first need to measure the slope of the hill at different points. Then, you need to order all the measurements from least steep to most steep. The middle measurement (the number in the middle) is the median. It gives you an idea of how steep the hill usually is.
