Menstrual hygiene management

Okay kiddo, do you remember when mommy or sister had a little blood coming out of their private part? This is called menstruation and it happens every month to grown-up ladies. And just like how we wash our hands when they get dirty, ladies also need to keep their private parts clean during their period.

This is where menstrual hygiene management comes in. It’s a fancy term that means taking care of the bleeding and keeping the private parts clean during menstruation. To do this, ladies use things like pads, tampons, menstrual cups or other sanitary products to collect the blood.

They also need to change these products every few hours to keep the blood from getting everywhere and to prevent germs from growing. They also need to wash their hands before and after handling sanitary products to avoid passing on germs.

Some women also choose to take a bath or shower more often during their period to keep their private parts clean. It’s important to do all of these things to keep healthy during this time and to prevent infections.

So, menstrual hygiene management is all about taking care of the body during that time of the month to stay comfortable and healthy.
