Mental health stigma

Mental health stigma is when people think that having difficulties with their thoughts or feelings means that they are weird or weak. They might be afraid to talk to someone who can help them because they don't want to be judged or thought of differently. This can make it hard for people to get the help they need, and it can make them feel like they are alone or different. It's like when you have a boo-boo on your knee and you're too scared to tell your mom or dad because you think they might be upset with you for falling down. But asking for help is important because that's how we can make the boo-boo feel better. It's the same thing with mental health - asking for help is the first step to feeling better.
