Micronutrient

Micronutrients are like tiny vitamins and minerals that are important for our body to function properly. Just like how we need food to grow and stay healthy, our body needs these micronutrients to work properly too.

There are many different types of micronutrients, but some common ones include vitamin C, iron, and calcium. We can find these micronutrients in different types of foods we eat, like fruits, vegetables, and meat.

Even though they are called micronutrients, they play a big role in our health. They help our body make energy, build strong bones, and fight off diseases.

So just like how we need to eat our vegetables and fruits to stay healthy, we also need to make sure we are getting enough micronutrients to keep our body working properly!
