Mid-air collision

Mid-air collisions happen when two planes or helicopters flying in the sky crash into each other. Usually, mid-air collisions happen because the pilots of the planes or helicopters are not paying close enough attention to where they are flying and do not realize the other plane or helicopter is there. Sometimes the planes or helicopters can be too close to one another to avoid crashing, and other times they can be so far apart that they did not know they were going to crash into each other. Mid-air collisions are very dangerous and can be deadly for the passengers and crews of both planes or helicopters.
