Migration Period art

So, imagine you are in a time where people used to move around from one place to another looking for better places to live. This is a time when people used to dress up in different clothes and had different cultures. This is what we call the Migration Period, and during this time, people used to make really cool art that we still find today.

The art was made by different types of people, such as Germans, Vikings, and other groups of people who moved around. The art was made in different ways, like carving on stones or making jewelry out of different materials. The art pieces were often symbols of their beliefs, like their gods and goddesses, and the animals they hunted.

Many of these art pieces were decorated with patterns and shapes that made them look really cool. Some of the patterns had different meanings, too. Like, a zigzag pattern might mean lightning, and a circle might mean the sun or the moon.

Even though this type of art is very old, people still love it and study it today because it shows us what people were like a long, long time ago.
