Minority influence

Minority influence happens when a small group of people, who are in the minority, have a big effect on the behavior of the people around them. This happens when the group has strong beliefs and sticks to them even when most people don't agree. People in the minority group are persuasive and often have good ideas that the majority group wants to learn about and follows. The minority group's ideas can then become the majority's ideas, and this is called minority influence.
